Huntelaar now has one of his most productive season. He has made 44 goals so far this year. He did this before in 2005/2006 with SC Heerenveen and Ajax. That season he needed one match more than this year. Klaas needs one more goal to break his personal record. He still has two matches this season to do that.

He played 12 times against FC Twente. The first time on 12 April 2003 with De Graafschap (lost with 3-0). Three times with SC Heerenveen (Two lost and one win (2 goals in total)) and eight times with Ajax (Three wins, three draws and two lost (4 goals in total)).

Schalke 04 is playing against FC Twente in the Europa League on 8 March 19:00. Let’s hope that Klaas is feeling better that day :)
